July Trip To Hokkaido, Japan
I took my family to Hokkaido in early July. We spent a wonderful time in Sapporo, Ashahigawa, Furano, and Biei. Since it’s a family trip, I didn’t want to ignore them by focusing too much on photographing. For the entire trip, I used the small and portable Olympus OMD with Panasonic (Leica certified) Summilux 25mm f1.4 and Olympus MSC 12 mm f2.o lenses.
During the 7 days trip, I only took about 1,000 photos. 95% of them are family photos. After this trip, I began to appreciate quality of OMD and the value of auto focus lens. It not only gave me sharp and high quality images images. I was able to capture some amazing moments with my daughter. And everyone of them are sharp in focus.
While I can’t show you my family photos in this post, I do have a few random shoots during the trip.
If you have never been to Hokkaido, hopefully you can get a glimpse of it through these photos. FYI … this was my 4th trip there. It’s a great place to go back again.
Thanks for stopping by today!
